Honey BBQ Sticky Wings

Chicken Wings 12 ea.
Lemon juice 3 Tbsp.
Horseradish 2 tsp
Soy sauce, low sodium 2 Tbsp.
Garlic, minced 2 Tbsp
Chef Joy’s “Honey BBQ seasoning” 3 Tbsp.
Chef Joy’s “Poultry Seasoning” 2 Tbsp.
Kosher salt 2 tsp.
Scallions 1 garnish
Honey BBQ sauce
Ketchup 2 cups
Brown sugar 1 cup
Pineapple juice ¾ C
Worcestershire 2 Tbsp.
Apple cider vinegar 2 Tbsp.
Chef Joy’s “Honey BBQ Seasoning” 2 tsp.
Cornstarch 1 tbsp.
Water ½ cup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
In a large bowl, add chicken wings. For the marinade combine: lemon juice, horseradish, soy sauce, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey bbq seasoning, poultry seasoning, and salt.
Allow the chicken to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients for the honey bbq sauce.
In a saucepan, on medium high heat combine all the ingredients. Cook the barbecue sauce for 5 minutes.
Slurry: Cornstarch and cold water in a small bowl. Mix together with a fork consistency should be runny.
Slowly add this slurry to the BBQ sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Place marinated chicken on a large baking sheet. Cook for 30 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
Brush all of the honey BBQ sauce on the wings.
Bake for another 5 to 10 minutes. Allow wings to cool and enjoy.
